Common questions

How do I get the app?

One Campus is currently in beta through Expo Go. Install the free Expo Go app from the App Store or Google Play, then open our Get the App page and scan the QR code. App Store & Google Play releases are coming soon.

I forgot my password.

On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot password?" Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the "..." menu on any post, profile, or message to report or block a user. Our team reviews every report. We have zero tolerance for harassment or abusive content.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, posts, and account data.

Who can message me?

Only people you've added as a friend can message you — so you won't get messages from strangers.

Is One Campus free?

Yes. One Campus is free to join and use. (An optional Premium upgrade adds extra features, but the core app is always free.)
